Profic project launched in Bilbao
On February 1st, 2019, Guglielmo Marconi University attended the kick-off meeting of PROFIC Project (Professional Development in Intercultural Competence in Higher Education Institutions), hosted by the University of Deusto in Bilbao, Spain.
The meeting saw the participation of all the European and Latin American project partners including, Glasgow Caledonian University (UK) – Coordinator, Universidad de la Iglesia de Deusto (Spain), Università Degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi (Italy), Universidad Tecnológica de El Salvador (El Salvador), Universidad Don Bosco (El Salvador), Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina), Universidad Nacional de Lanús (Argentina), Universidad Nacional de La Plata (Argentina), Universidad de Guadalajara (Mexico), Universidad Veracruzana (Mexico), Association of Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean (Mexico).
The meeting was a stepping stone towards setting future goals and promoting IC (Intercultural Competences), curriculum and professional development, and pedagogical testing in Latin American Higher Education Institutions (Argentina, El Salvador, Mexico).
