Horizon 2020: GMU launches Blaze Innovation Project
Guglielmo Marconi University is proud to announce the launch of BLAZE (Biomass Low cost Advanced Zero Emission small-to-medium scale integrated gasifier-fuel cell combined heat and power plant), a project funded by the European Research and Innovation programme, Horizon 2020. The start date is March 1st, 2019 for a total project duration of 36 months.

GMU, as project coordinator, hosted the kick-off project meeting on March 21st and 22nd, 2019, in Rome. The meeting saw the participation of all the project partners involved, including, Università degli Studi de L’Aquila, Solid Power SA (Switzerland), École Polytechnique Federale Lausanne (Switzerland), Hygear BV (The Netherlands), Walter Tosto S.p.A. (Italy), Vertech Group (France), European Biomass Association (Belgium), ENEA – Agenzia Nazionale per le Nuove Tecnologie, l’Energia e lo Sviluppo Economico Sostenibile (Italy).
